uSell CRM is a web solution and an iPad application. We will shortly release the Android tablet version. As long as there is an internet connection we will be able to access the web from any device.
From the iPad app we can work offline. The app will show the information obtained in the last synchronization and when the device reconnects to the network it will send to the server the modifications or new added information.
There is no limitation on the number of users that can be hired except for the Free CRM version which is limited to 3 users.
Our CRM Free includes the basic functionalities of Professional CRM but with some limitations. It is designed for very small companies, with few customers and products that want to use a free CRM to manage their customers. When your company needs more users, products or customers, you can access the payment version that best suits your needs.

All you have to do is send the request to our e-mail address info@usellcrm.net. We will delete all data from your account within 48 working hours.
You can choose whether you want annual or monthly billing. If you choose the annual billing you will get the best price because in the total amount you will only pay 10 of the 12 months with respect to the monthly billing.
We accept payment by credit card and direct debit. We can also accept bank transfers, depending on the country of your company.
Yes, if you plan to contract more than 20 users in the annual billing mode, we will offer you an extra discount. Email us at info@usellcrm.net and we’ll let you informed.
There is no installation cost. Only charged per user and license. In addition we help you to configure the web administration portal and upload your excel files with the data of your customers and products.
If you decide that uSell CRM is the solution you need, you must tell us how many users you want to hire and what type of billing best suits your needs. If, unfortunately, you decide that this is not what you are looking for, we will delete your data within 15 days.
No. If you request a free demo this will be activated and in a period of 24 to 48 working days you will receive your credentials to access the web solution and the app.
If you have contracted the monthly payment you must give at least 15 days notice so that you will not be charged the following month. If your invoicing is annual you must also give 15 days notice before the next invoice if you do not want to continue with the service.

Yes. All company information is secure in uSell CRM thanks to the authentication, authorization and encryption mechanisms that our CRM incorporates to sell. All data transferred are encrypted, there is none circulating around the network without encryption. We use HTTPS with 256-bit AES, TLS 1.2. We intensively monitor the security of our services and, as new vulnerabilities appear, we work quickly to be always up to date.
